Early booking offer

For stays longer than 3 nights, NOT IN HIGH AND MEDIUM SEASON, booked at least 3 months in advance, we apply a 15% discount on the rates for the period.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

CHECK-IN: from 3 o'clock p.m. to 7  o'clock p.m.

Arrivals at other times of the day can be arranged specifically  

LATE CHECK-IN (19:00-22:00): a surcharge of 50 euros can be applied.

CHECK-OUT: by 10 o'clock a.m.

INCLUDED IN PRICES

Sheets and towels, hair-dryers (on demand), bath set, internet wi-fi, heating (November 1st - April 15th), parking, final cleanings in apartments, daily cleanings in B&B rooms*, access to the swimming-pool  (1st of May - 30th of September), taxes (I.V.A. 10%).

* not on bank holidays

NOT INCLUDED IN PRICES 

Extra single bed or sofabed (35 Euros per night), baby bed (10 Euros per night), Pets (5 Euros per night), extra changes of linen, extra cleanings, city tax (2,50 Euros per person for each night in the apartments, 2,00 Euro per person for each night in B&B “I Cedri” and Guesthouse “Sorbano”; Children under 12 years of age are exempted; this tax is due only up to the tenth night);

at B&B “I Cedri” continental breakfast (7 Euros each), English Breakfast (10 Euros each), drinks in the fridges of the rooms;

at "Tiglio", "Giuggiolo" and "Gelso": air conditioning 15 euro per day;

all that is not included in the list above.

PETS 

Small pets are welcome (only in the apartments not in the B&B) if correctly trained so as not to disturb other guests or damage the furniture.  The management has to be contacted in advance.

CANCELLATIONS 

Up to 61 days before arrival: no penalties are due; deposits are sent back to customers (bank expenses deducted);

from 60 to 30 days before arrival: deposits may be valid for later periods within one year (in accordance to availabilities).

For cancellations between 29 and 3 days before arrival, deposits will not be refunded.

From 2 days to last minute cancellation: 90% of the total sum arranged is due by customers.

INJURY AND DAMAGE

We do not take any liability for personal injury loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising during the booking period.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE RESIDENTS

The hirer is responsible for taking all reasonable care of the property and its contents.The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture etc. must be left clean and tidy at the end of the hire period. Except in the case of normal wear and tear, the resident will be responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents which has occurred due to negligence, wilful damage or irresponsible behaviour on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests. Such damage must be reported, without delay.The cost of repair or replacement must be refunded.
